RATES & POLICIES
Please contact us for group rates. Check-in time is 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Check-out time is 11:30am. Pets are not allowed. Upon reservation we ask a deposit equal to half the cost of your stay. That deposit is non-refundable. However, if you have to cancel your visit you can use the deposit toward staying with us anytime within one calendar year.

Angel Falls - $69 + 7% Maine Lodging Tax (sleeps 2)
Smalls Falls - $69 + 7% Maine Lodging Tax (sleeps 2)
Screw Auger Falls - $69 + 7% Maine Lodging Tax (sleeps 2)
Moxie Falls - $89 + 7% Maine Lodging Tax (sleeps 4)
West Falls - $119 + 7% Maine Lodging Tax (sleeps 4)
*the seventh night is always free
